Job description

The role involves analyzing business requirements and designing and implementing Workday HCM solutions. The consultant will also perform functional testing, support integration, and provide business process expertise. The Workday HCM consultant will work with project teams and provide end-to-end solution delivery.

Qualifications

• Analytical Skills, Business Process expertise, and Communication skills
• Experience with Workday HCM and knowledge of the Workday architecture
• Experience in gathering and analyzing business requirements
• Functional Testing skills
• Integration experience with Workday and third-party systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Workday HCM certification is a plus
